Eureka’s spirit of camaraderie and celebration shone through at each gathering of participants during balls, the brunch, the parade, umbrella workshops, and nighttime venue’s at different clubs and bars. The glitz of rhinestones and sequins, shiny beads, and masks, transformed us all into beings of a fantasy world that became our reality during the six-day whirl of Mardi Gras activities.
